With greater autonomy over their workflow and a renewed emphasis on more purposeful and deliberate collaboration, employees have clearly benefited from the flexibility remote work has provided. But, as companies initiate plans to return to the office, they must also prioritize and maintain the increases in employee engagement to remain successful in the hybrid environment.
