One of our big objectives for CCW Digital is to foster a robust community for customer experience professionals. We do not simply want to post great articles and reports; we want to connect you with like-minded professionals facing similar challenges and pursuing similar solutions.
As part of that initiative, we also want to introduce you to some prominent thought leaders. These incredibly insightful individuals are constantly uncovering solutions to customer experience challenges. They, more importantly, are constantly sharing what they find as part of a campaign to create a more customer-centric marketplace.
In assembling our list, we worked to identify inquisitive minds sharing fresh, unique perspectives. Some challenge conventional wisdom regarding the customer experience. Others support conventional wisdom but with compelling anecdotal and empirical evidence rather than hollow rhetoric.
Some focus on very specific elements of the customer experience journey. Others take a particularly “big picture” view.
All, however, are asking the kinds of questions and sharing the kind of content that can benefit all members of the CCW Digital community.
