Vice President, Global Processors, NA Client Success Visa

Steven Q. Riddick (Steve) is a results-oriented, seasoned Executive specializing in Payments, Product, Strategy and Operations. His 20-year career has epitomized three words: HUNGRY, HUMBLE, and HUSTLE. He is always HUNGRY for new challenges with the proven leadership to succeed. He remains HUMBLE enough to listen, learn and empower his team for success. And he consistently demonstrates HUSTLE by his reputation for getting things done and his track record for exceeding expectations while doing so. Taken together, the three principles have defined Steve’s career success.

Currently, Steve is the Vice President of Global Processors within Client Services at Visa, where he is responsible for supporting Fortune 500 and emerging multinational Third Party Payment Processors. This responsibility spans beyond North America as he has direct reports in Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. At Visa he also built the Payment Processors segment of Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) and delivered over $11M in its first full year, selling the largest project in VCA’s then history. Prior to Visa, Steve still spent his career in Finance and Financial Technologies. He served as Head of Product at Fiserv and Global Payments, both Atlanta-based Fortune 500 FinTech companies. In those roles, he managed staff of up to 150 employees and P&Ls of up to $125M, driving double digit Revenue and product-adoption-growth year-over-year. He has also had responsibilities in banking, lending, credit analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial disciplines that have given him both depth and breadth of financial and payments expertise.

In addition to Steve’s prowess as a Payments & FinTech Executive leader, he has a passion for person development via volunteerism, financial education and public speaking. He’s spoken to several Georgia high schools, colleges, Fortune 1000 businesses and community/civic organizations on basic and advanced principles of economics and finances. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Kennesaw State University School of Business FinTech program as well as the SmileUp! Charitable Foundation whose focus is engaging children and teens in volunteerism. In line with this passion, Steve is also the Community & Volunteering Lead for the Visa Atlanta location where he is responsible for driving volunteerism within the Atlanta office and ensuring opportunities avail for employees to be involved in social impact activities on both the local and global levels.
