As Vice President of Sutter’s Enterprise Contact Center, Steve Chambers leads the operations and drives business development for our 24/7 contact center. With over 25 years of experience in the contact center industry, Steve's expertise is extensive and multifaceted. Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Operations for Patient Access Solutions (PAS), where he honed his skills in patient access and enhancing the patient experience. Steve's career spans roles in process improvement, project management, information services, and consulting across various industries including satellite, telecommunications, pharmacy, and healthcare. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on expanding patient access and ensuring superior patient care. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Steve is an associate instructor at the University of Utah. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Utah State University and an MBA with a focus on Technology Management from Walden University in Minneapolis. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family, participating in outdoor sports, and watching movies.
