Baja Contact Center Cluster

The Baja Contact Center Cluster, is a formally established nonprofit organization that combines efforts to develop the Contact Center, Telemarketing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Sector in Baja California, Mexico, as well as removing obstacles that limit its growth. This Cluster is formed by Contact Center Companies, as well as Government and Community organizations in general.
