Partnering with senior leadership, Dr. Smith works to build intricate statistical models that enable leadership to better understand business drivers. Dr. Smith employs a unique skill set of strong analytical and thought-leadership as Sanford Health transitions into the world of big data and advanced analytics.

Dr. Smith has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed international journals and holds a Ph.D. in the field of Neuroscience from University of South Dakota,a M.S. in Research Psychology from Linnaeus University (Sweden), and a B.S. in Psychology from Montana State University.
