Rathi has been working in the computer science industry since early nineties post his research career at the department of atomic energy. He has worked in technology and technology leadership roles at Sharp Labs, Sun Microsystems, i2 Technologies, Target Corporation, Sears Holdings and Intec Telecom Systems before joining Happiest Minds. He led a number of innovation products leading to US patents of the organizations.He did graduate studies (PhD) in Theoretical Physics.
