Sean Xu is the Head of Enterprise Information Management for Motorola Solutions (MSI). He leads organization data management to drive MSI’s initiatives of transforming company from hardware OEM into software and service driven organization.

Prior to MSI, Sean held various leadership positions in Information Management space at large enterprises including Oracle, and MGM Resorts International. Sean has lead organizations through information-driven business/IT transformations and cultivated data-driven culture. Sean is the key members to develop Oracle Information Architecture Framework and Development Process, and published white papers on Enterprise Information Management. He holds a Master degree in Information Management from DePaul University.
