We’ve Travelled So Far … Travel Just a little further to CCW in Sydney

With the Australian government opening up borders across all states and a travel bubble with our New Zealand neighbours in the works, 2021 may finally allow us to see that sense of normality we’ve been craving over the last 12 months.

Across Australia, cases have been at their lowest since March, with states like Victoria finally moving towards a COVIDSafe Summer and borders across all Australian states opened since early December.

For us at CCW HQ, this comes as welcomed news.

We’ve missed the buzz of live events and being able to network and meet our Customer Contact Community across both Australia and NZ.

We also recognise there will be a series of changes in the way our community attends events in the post-pandemic world. Because this we’ve made sure our Customer Contact Week (CCW) 2021, running this February, will be hosted both live and virtually.

The contact centre community has adapted so much this past year. We’ve faced unheard of war stories— from contact centres forced to turn virtual in under 3 days, to organisation with over 5,000 FTE mandated to work from home with a week’s notice. Indeed, uber and taxi services were many people’s best friends in transporting laptops and headsets.

So it’s safe to say the community has come a long way.

2021 will be the year to learn for each other, set a new, resilient strategy and implement operational processes than can help us look forwards, towards a new era of service as a community.

Indeed, with AIA, Bankwest, iSelect, DoorDash and so many more taking part, we truly can’t wait for CCW and the discussions we’ll have. Want to see a sample attendee list to see who be joining us at the event? Request a copy here.

If you haven’t already, check out our 2021 CCW Agenda and book today so we can save your place.

We’ve gone through so much this year, and we want to make sure 2021 is the year we can look forward and transition our people, processes and technology – and we want to do this in a format that is safe and secure for our attendees. Because of this, I’m very pleased to also announce that we’ve officially confirmed Doltone House to the be the Sydney venue for CCW 2021. With COVID-Safe actions in place to ensure the venue is safe for all – join us in person (or virtually) in 2021.

See you then.
