The 2024 CCW Excellence Awards Night was a resounding success, bringing together the brightest minds and most innovative companies in the customer contact industry.
Held on February 29th, the evening glittered with recognition and celebration as we honoured the teams and individuals who are pushing the boundaries of customer experience (CX).
From award-winning contact centers to ground-breaking technological advancements, the night showcased the incredible talent and dedication shaping the future of CX.
The event was amazing most of all due to the great people - organizer team and attendees. That said, the topic, the venue, and the setting were also world class. I would recommend your event to any customer-focused organization and professional!
CCW 2024 was a powerhouse of great speakers, diverse and relevant content, and helpful vendor support. It was great to be in a room full of people passionate about the customer experience, and I learnt a lot to take back to my business. Can’t wait for CCW 2025!
