Bharati has over 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing. Her experience spans across industries and across geographies – India, Brazil, Vietnam, and Singapore.

She is currently working with Coda Payments, a company that makes e-payments easy in emerging markets as a Customer Support Director. Prior to Coda Payments, she led regional customer experience and process improvement initiatives across APAC for Circles. Life. Here, she successfully launched customer support teams in Australia, Taiwan, and Indonesia with a focus on improving CSAT scores. She has also worked with startup brands like Zimplistic (a robotic startup) & Sephora and established organizations like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance India, where she successfully established inbound and outbound call centers and branch operations across India.

Bharati was also an entrepreneur running her fashion startup, sourcing & importing clothing & accessories from India and China for the Brazilian market.
