Based in Australia and Singapore, he has been responsible for the international deployment of service solutions for customers across the Asia Pacific region. In his current position of GM Customer Support Innovation at FUJIFILM, Martin is responsible for Customer Experience, Regional Technical Support, and the benchmark Online Support platform that attracts more than 5.8 million customer visits each year.
