Prabhakar Bisen is Chief Operations Officer at IGT Solutions. As COO, Prabhakar is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the company’s operations and technology transformation journey. Prabhakar has led transformation for various organizations over his twenty-year career, with a specific focus on global operations, technology, and strategy. He joined IGT Solutions from Straive, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier at Cognizant, Prabhakar held senior leadership roles handling critical business areas. Prior to that, he worked with WNS Global Services serving as the Founding President & CEO of WNS Philippines, the first-ever JV of WNS group. Prabhakar’s specialty lies in nurturing and building global, scaled-up businesses from start-ups, building teams, and developing capabilities with operational excellence. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
