Director, Global Customer Advocacy RazerStanley Chong, Director of Business Operations, Razer Global Customer Advocacy brings his 20 years of experience in the customer service industry including his dedication to service excellence towards a high-performance contact centre. In his experience prior to joining Razer, he has incubated and led teams in various functions in performance improvement and cost-saving. In his current role within Razer, Stanley is responsible for the department’s financials, workforce management, performance reporting, quality & training, and contract & BPO governance. Prior to his role in Razer, Stanley worked at organizations such as Singapore Post, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and M1. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance (Honours) from the University of London.
