Tim Keough

Tim Keough is the Global Head of Pershing’s Voice of the Client (VoC) program. The program conducts client insight research projects across the firm and works with business leaders to create action plans and track progress of projects.  Additionally, Pershing’s VoC  program works with customer service and relationship management teams to continuously measure, monitor, and manager the clients’ service experience. Tim Co-Chairs the BNY Mellon Voice of the Client Committee and partners closely with the BNY Mellon Market Research and Client Insight Group to implement VoC across BNY Mellon.

Tim joined Pershing in 2007 and is based in Jersey City. Prior to Pershing, Tim has work with global leaders such as Avis Rent-a- Car and Aon Consulting. He is also a retired U.S. Army Officer and combat veteran.

Tim received his Bachelor’s degree from Marist College, Master’s Degree from Webster University.
