I am a human+digital transformation leader, strategist, and catalyst who likes to help organizations grow by focusing on consumers, partners, and team members and delivering experiences that engage and delight.

I love to... discover the real problem before I try to solve anything, simplify and humanize complex scenarios so we can passionately work on them together, build and develop curious and creative teams that always start with why, enable organizations to be agile and fluid and always welcoming change as a differentiator and future/value-driver, and lead with empathy and kindness making work fun and engaging. I feel accomplished by meaningful service to my teams and my community and the endearment of my family and friends.

I am the founder of the DICE Group at Jefferson Health, the leader of great teams at CommonSpirit Health, the University of South Florida (USF), USF Health, and the Tata Group of Companies, and the proud father of two awesome kids that will always keep me deeply human+digital. I like to share learning for the greater good, which has led me to publish several articles, contribute to books, and speak at CES, Mobile World Congress, World Economic Forum, TEDx, HIMSS, and several other national and international events.

I am also a member of Mensa, Honor Societies Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma, and a grateful alum of Brown University in the US, IE Business School in Spain, University of South Florida in the US, and Goa University in India. I have been honored to accept awards for my teams and organizations including the CIO 100 Award (x2), the Business Transformation 150 Award, the FutureEdge50 award, the Digital Healthcare Innovator of the Year award, the Ventana Research award, and others.

I am blessed for being able to enjoy being a son, husband, father, musician, singer, artist, designer, learner, and naturalist. I live by the principles that "we are the change we want to see in this world" and that we should strive to be "remembered not just for what we did but more for how we made people feel."
