Christopher leads research, strategy, and design teams focused on improving the experiences of brands, products, and services. Before becoming Chief Design Officer at Studio Science, he was a tenured professor and department chair at Indiana University, where he launched a graduate degree program in design thinking. During the first dot-com generation, Christopher served as VP for Brand Marketing at Sapient (now Publicis Sapient). He’s directed customer experience design initiatives for AT&T, Citibank, Viacom, Coca-Cola, and Mercedes-Benz.
