An avid believer that learning and knowledge are the foundations to one’s success and development, Clare is dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and knowledge alongside people who are passionate about building great customer and employee experiences. She has been in Learning & Development (L&D) in both corporate and frontline settings for over 18 years within industries like financial services, insurance, retail, and technology, and is experienced in creating strategies for Contact Centre Operations, Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management, and Customer and Employee Experiences.

Before joining Aviso Wealth, she led Priceline’s Customer Care Training Team overseeing training for their BPOs, and previously, Sonnet Insurance leading their Training, Communications, Quality, and Knowledge teams. She has worked with other well-known companies such Staples, Rakuten Kobo, and The Hudson’s Bay.
