Kaushal Mehta

Kaushal Mehta serves as VP and GM for TTEC in India. Mehta founded Motif, a digital customer experience company, in 2000. The company was acquired by TTEC in 2017 and continues to serve some of the largest, iconic, online brands in travel, retail and ecommerce across the globe as a provider of essential fraud prevention and community moderation services. Operating out of Ahmedabad, India and Manila, Philippines, the company has built a performance driven culture that has earned it a leading reputation in the market. With over 26 years of experience in the BPO and Software industry, in varied functions such as Strategic Marketing, Program Management, Sales and Business Development, Mehta leads a dynamic and experienced leadership team that has rich experience in outsourcing, technology innovation and operational excellence. He is the driving force behind regional company community engagement programs, including the Annual Motif Charity Walk, events for under-privileged children and blood donation drives, and a passionate proponent of entrepreneurship. He is on the board of the Ahmedabad chapter of TiE Global (www.tie.org) and a recipient of the Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Ahmedabad Management Association. Kaushal holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, USA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from San Jose University, USA. Prior to his return to India, he spent ten years in the US, working with companies such as Sun Microsystems, LSI Logic, and Vadem, in roles ranging from Chip Design to Product Marketing.
