Lisa Bauer

Lisa Bauer joined Delta in October of 2016. She is responsible for elevating the onboard customer experience, including the culinary offerings, inflight amenities and flight attendant engagement and procedures. She and her team also oversee the global catering operations across 160 kitchens around the globe. Prior to joining Delta, Lisa was the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Operating Office for International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), a global travel and leisure company with a worldwide network of innovative travel alliances. Lisa led the company’s global operations focusing on and driving companywide operational excellence throughout its sales, marketing and client services and delivering best-in-class service to ICE’s business partners and clients worldwide. Before joining ICE, Bauer had a long and successful career with Royal Caribbean International. She served as Senior Vice President of Sales, directing sales activities throughout North America for both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises. In 2012, Bauer was named Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing overseeing Royal Caribbean International’s world-wide Marketing and Revenue Management as well the company’s tri-branded Sales & Marketing Offices and International Representatives around the world. Prior to this role Bauer served as Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations for Royal Caribbean International. In that role, she oversaw Royal Caribbean’s hotel services, food and beverage, onboard revenue and entertainment areas. In 2009, under Bauer’s leadership, Royal Caribbean launched the newest, largest and most revolutionary cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas and, in 2010, Allure of the Seas, which introduced unique industry “firsts.” Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Bauer held executive positions in sales, marketing and operations with Midwest Express Airlines, Legend Airlines and Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort.
