Trent Baren

Trent Baren is an experience designer, storyteller, and marketing leader based in San Francisco, CA. While he's worked in many capacities throughout his tenure at Lyft, the ride-hailing startup, one thing has remained consistent: his passion for creating outstanding experiences. He's manifested that passion by building several differentiating products and programs from the ground up, including Express Drive and Amp, all while iterating on key features that improve the lives of passengers, drivers, and internal employees. Currently, Trent focuses on experience and innovation, where he continues to leverage design thinking and customer centricity to enhance the Lyft experience at scale. In addition to working at Lyft, Trent manages the Trent Baren Group, a bespoke consultancy, where he works with clients to solve their unique business challenges.
