By learning and having gone through the journey at different levels within the Customer Success field, I am an expert at leading and developing a fulfilled team that is proactive on identifying opportunities for organic growth, while maintaining client satisfaction and high client retention.

My experience shows that I work best in a quick-paced, changing environment, where I can adapt my skills to the needs of the organization.
