Responsible for the technology that supports the Personal and Business Bank at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Robert has 24 years experience leading application development technology, across the Pharmaceutical, Investment Banking and Retail Banking environment, of which 8 years have been spent specifically in the direct channels area. Specifically focus over the last 2 years in building out a high performing technology change capability to support the business ambitions around growing the direct channel experience of RBS customers. When he is not working on technology, you can find him at the local airfield flying around Essex/Kent in a Cessna.
