Director Community, Culture and Customer Experience Waverley Council

Ben has worked across multiple sectors and industries including finance, government relations, industrial relations, business transformation and local government in Queensland and New South Wales. Ben’s most recent experience is leading the transformation of local government services and customer experience through a mix of people, innovation, technology and determination. Ben’s team has implemented projects such as world first technology in digital parking enforcement. Ben is the Director Community, Culture and Customer Experience at Waverley Council which includes the iconic Bondi Beach. Ben leads a directorate of 300 who work directly with the community every day.
