Charles Quincy leads Product Management team for the IBM's Customer Care Portfolio which includes many of IBM's leading Natural Language Processing technologies like Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery. Previously, Charles led the IBM Cloud Pak for Data platform PM team after having worked on Kubernetes based platforms since 2017. Prior to working on Kubernetes, Charles was a member of IBM Research working on asset commercialization and productization.
